I had a really goood experience living at 50 hargrave while Jason was the caretaker. however I just moved out of one of their other buildings and did not have the best experience. I understand needing to pay for the days until my sublet, but i was told not to worry about it and not put any money in for June (I clarified what this meant as well so there was no miscommunication) until I got my damage deposit amount back and they tried charging me for the whole month.. I just feel like they could’ve followed through with what they told me regarding not paying the months rent as it was a mistake on THEIR end and i did not find out until I received my refund invoice. If they knew they made a mistake then they should’ve informed me right away so I can make sure I had put money aside or paid the correct amount when I had asked.

I just feel it’s the agency’s responsibility to provide the correct information to tenants, and if they make a mistake financially even after the tenant tried to clarify then the tenant should not be held accountable for THEIR mistake.

Best property I have lived and ever dealt with .. My leasing Agent Christine for 795 sterling is delightful, amazing and your efforts will always be appreciated. Alot of real estate rentals don’t care about there renters but this place is different I tell you. I really enjoyed my time here and wish I dint have to leave but Life happened.

Excellent food and such kind people putting it on!! The burgers and smokies were cooked to perfection and there was even fried onions on the grill. They had pop, dessert options as well as chips for the attendees! Great job

Just want to express my appreciation for the most recent event sponsored by Management and hosted by Ray and Anetta. These events provide an opportunity to nurture the community spirit. Management is fortunate to have such an efficient, friendly and accommodating resident team at this address. Doesn’t hurt that Ray is an Arsenal supporter Lol!

First time we experienced this BBQ party hosted by Sunrex while renting for 2 years. We enjoyed the foods like burger , hotdogs and more. We got to see and talked with our neighbours. It’s supposed to be food ,music and games but we didn’t see the games hahaha but it’s okay . We had fun chatting outdoors. I hope there will be next year party again.

The BBQ for me specifically was perfect timing as I had just moved in and it was a nice way to meet other members of my new community. The food was good and the company and meeting was lovely.
