I read all the reviews thought I’d give it a shot because it’s a super eight and there were some decent reviews but don’t do it! I’m a tradesmen I stayed there 14 days. They didn’t even wipe the counters once and that’s the easiest part of cleaning. Absolutely no cleaning done at all. They didn’t clean the coffee maker they said they don’t clean the kitchenette area… why not? For the price you pay here stay in Saskatoon and commute. the room was not even clean when I checked in they put the dirty towels I threw on the floor from the last person back in the shelf… stains from dirty peoples hands all over the walls. Build up of tooth paste and other clumps of unidentifiable filth on all the walls . Stove was filthy and burnt. Hot Water was off for two days no communication about it. No refunds given. I wish I would’ve took pictures. DO NOT STAY HERE! Note: The hotel called me after this review was published and did refund me some money and the guy seemed like he was genuinely trying to make me happy which was appreciated…

Would give zero stars if i could! I am speaking from a business point of view and we stay all over Canada ALOT with hotels and we deal directly with our own personal Wyndham link. This gentleman that runs this hotel charged us for more nights than we stayed than REFUSED to refund us a night because he said we booked online! We booked through our company portal directly on Wyndham. So beware he likes to steal money!

The bedsheets were dirty. At first we noticed there was a red stain on it which look like blood. We asked to change the sheet and they did but then we also noticed that there was a boot footprint stain on the new sheet. Bathroom door had a red stain on it as well. Breakfast was terrible. One of the staff was touching the muffins with his barehands like it was okay to do that in front of the guests. Tables were sticky and wobbly. Hallway and stairs had dirt on them and smelled terribly. We forgot to pack a medical grade memory foam pillow and we called and asked if they could ship it to us, which most hotels would do, but they refused to. If you are planning on visiting Manitou beach for holidays, avoid booking in to this hotel. Just spend a few more bucks and book your hotel in the Manitou beach itself. The cheap price of this hotel is not worth it at all.

Had a SUPER late night and this was the perfect stop. Called ahead with an eta and they were ready with a room key. Room seemed newly renovated and was very comfortable. Pet friendly was definitely a bonus and my dog rested well with me.

I booked my staying in this facility few days ago. Something important came up depriving me from coming to Watrous and I have to cancel my reservation. For more tranto reach someone by calling to this motel in vain. I left two voicemails where I notified my intention to cancel my reservation and asked to respond by phone or email with no result. It seems like dead dysfunctional business.what is really shocking is that you can’t communicate them by email as well. There is no option of contact on their website. Looks like they afraid of writing communication that always can distinguish the right from wrong. Where have anyone seen such a business with no email address?
I choose 1 out of 5 but basically it’s “0”

A brief chat with staff the morning of our departure was a bonus. These folks were very kind and courteous.

Great service and friendly staff for the duration of our stay. Overall great value for price. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The pet friendly accomodations allowed for an enjoyable experience. ||
