As an investor 7 hours away we were looking at management companies, I have called multiple companies but when I decided to called Superior property management they actually answered the phone, which i told them the first company answered. I'm Super Happy with there Phenomenal services. They takes care of everything, which is Very Important to me 7 hours away. Alll we focus on is just more doorssss. We at 12 doors at the moment. Definitely Recommended...👍👌

Superior Property Management is a great group. They have a full understanding of the legal process, and know your investment is in good hands. They just don't collect rents, they stay ontop of repair and maintenance, tenant selection, advertising and more. They are 100% dedicated to keeping your property running smoothly so that you can focus on what's most important to you.

Poorly managed properties. Requests go unanswered. Can't get a hold of them through email or other means. They are never around or attend to properties. Never ever respond. They owe me money. But I bet if I owed them money I would hear from them pronto.

An update to my review. Apparently they pay attention to this more than they do their emails. I got a response! Very immature with a lot of excuses and demeaning statements. Basically they told me that they have too much of a workload to handle and you need to be superhuman to read and respond to the emails they get. They also told me I was being ridiculous. However, issues in the building that were related to fire code go to the bottom of the queue. So there's that. Also pay attention to the actual local guides when reading reviews of this company. They approach people and ask them to give them positive reviews. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. There's a power dynamic there. And they are abusing it.

It has now been a little while since I posted my review. Degrading and demeaning comments, they have continued to neglect this property. I have been fired (wrongful dismissal), but I'll let that go because I really don't want to work for them. Now we live in Filth and darkness and we are still not up to fire code. All their ramblings mean nothing. I think I'm going to take it to the landlord because they are making him look bad. They are making him look like a slumlord. Might even start a petition. Because my feelings are not just my own. Nobody here likes them. Just do the job you were hired to do.... Then there would be no issues. That's simple.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never rented from them but if your on welfare or an addict your the perfect candidate for them to rent too. Absolutely useless when it comes to checking in on the property or dealing with problematic tenants. Been having issues with their addict tenants the past year sending them proof and evidence of all the stuff they are illegally doing and destroying my yard and yet has done nothing or no efforts to talk to them. If you don’t pay rent or like to be high as a kite all day. Definitely rent from them. They won’t care 🤌🏻

They answer queries right away and they attend to the tenant needs right away most especially when its emergency. The price for rent are reasonable. The staff are also respectful and kind.
