Water temperatures can be finicky.
However, said with the understanding that there are several units, large building, newer Management & work-in-progress.

I’ve been living under Supreme Property Management for a while now, and while we’ve experienced some challenges — especially with heat and water issues — I have to say the team is usually quick to respond and send someone over when we report a problem. That effort is appreciated.
The location is convenient, the area is quiet, and communication from the office has improved noticeably over time. They’re also engaging more with tenants, like this rent giveaway, which shows a good direction toward building a stronger community.
If they can focus more on long-term solutions for heating and water maintenance, I truly believe they’ll attract even more tenants — which would be great for their business and the overall resident experience.

My building recently switched to this management and I’ve found management to be extremely helpful. I had a maintenance issue recently and they were quick to resolve it and ensure it was fixed asap. And Michelle is always very responsive over email and seems to genuinely care about the tenants! The price as well for the apartment is incredible with the account of size!

This company has taken over my buildings care since early this year and I have nothing but good things to say. They are easy to contact and work with, especially when it comes to repairs. Michelle burns is the property manager for my building and I am thankful for all the hard work she has put into changing this building around with lining up some well needed upgrades to this heritage building.
