Susan was referrred to us by our agent in Ontario. We knew we had a significant task a head of us relocating from Ontario to NS and we were depending on someone who would make this task as reasoanable and seemless as possible. Susan understood we were an older couple and what we were looking for in a home to make our future living manageable. We were provided with many possibilities however decided on a house in the small community of Bridgewater. With Susan's help we were provided with references for lawyers, inspection personnel, and other trades people to ensure the house would meet our expectations. Although the purchase process was in the middle of Susan's vacation, she took time while away and completed the necessary documentation to affect the purchase transaction. Susan had to make the trip from Dartmouth to Bridgewater several times during the buying process taking up the better part of her work days.

Susan is full of energy and no matter how anxiously are to find a house or sell your house, she can do her best to make it happen... she used to send us updates all the time and we saw zillions of houses lol until we found the one! Then the negotiation started and she was so good because our seller had better offer but she made us win the house with her determination, professionalisms and locality.
