I started as an agent with Sutton approximately 8 years ago ( 2015 ) and immediately I was made to feel at home. The environment and culture were exactly what I was looking for. A brokerage where supporting their agents is a top priority. The owner and broker is always available to chat, and provide the necessary guidance. There is always an opportunity for training to increase your knowledge and skillset. They make sure their agents are paid timely, and that their agents are rewarded. I would recommend Sutton Group Ottawa to new agents and experienced agents. I'd also recommend any of the agents at Sutton Group Ottawa to anyone in need of residential or commercial real estate services. This is definitely a 5 star brokerage!

I am absolutely disappointed with the service we received from the realtor, Fady Khudair. Initially, he seemed helpful while conditions were being fulfilled, but everything went downhill afterward. The lack of enthusiasm as the days progressed. When we requested a walkout visit, he started ignoring us completely. His response time wasn't great either. On our closing day, he didn't bother to call or check on us, let alone stop by. Despite repeatedly asking for updates on a second parking spot, we were left with no information or support. In the end, he just wanted to deal with as fast as possible and then move on. Their unprofessional and dismissive behavior ruined what should have been an exciting experience as first-time homebuyers. Had some regrets, but I didn't feel like I got the service I was supposed to get. This was by far the worst experience, and I would not recommend this realtor to anyone.

We worked with Lauren DeRoche in May/June 2021 to find a new rental home, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had! Lauren went out of her way to be available for multiple showings across several weeks, often in the evening/weekends to accommodate our work schedules. We had the pleasure of working with Lauren Deroche while looking for nearly two months for our new home, and the entire process was made stress free.
