I recently had the pleasure in dealing with Bonnie Meaney of Sutton/Landmark Realty with our home listing. What at journey the past month was multiple showings and open houses and after 40 days or so (in a tough market i may add) we are glad to see "SOLD" on our front lawn. Bonnie not only helped us sell but she personalized the relationship and offered great advice by referring us to a new mortgage lender who we love. Words can't explain how we appreciate the late nights and weekends Bonnie spent in helping us getting our home sold quick. We had a business opportunity come up which resulted us in having to move suddenly. Bonnie, showed no weakness, she was using all her tools (weekly flyers, ads, signage and open houses) to her arsenal and boy did It pay off. A year a go grace helped us to purchase our first home and the whole experience was great. She have done beyond our expectations helping us through the process and ideas on what to look for, being first time home buyer we didn’t know a lot. Very honest ,showed us more than a dozen house since my wife changes mind everytime. But she still took care of us even after the sale. Would suggest her for your realtor needs but I think she doesn’t do it anymore. Her husband Jim escott continue to be in contact with us from time to time specially when he comes at my work as a customer.
