We bought a predevelopment condo here. We have questions for this company (Primont) that need answering and are timely. Considering that they are holding a considerable amount of our $ in deposits, you would think they would either pick up the phone when we call, or respond to one of our many messages asking for a representative to contact us. Nothing. We are now having to work through a lawyer just to get them to do their job and provide us some updates. Hopefully that works, or else we might try a media contact. Unprofessional and not what we expected. Avoid this company and development. Their messaging at current time for SXSW "Ready in June 2023". However - the site is still just a hole in the ground, no build as yet so unless they are the fastest builders ever....there is lack of accuracy here. Primont, if you monitor these reviews at all, please be in touch so I can update this review to a more positive one for you if possible.

The church where I was baptized and has a family history has been demolished? For condos? This is shocking and so so sad for my family.

They are the worst builders they kept our deposite for 3 yrs and never build the condo they didn't even bother to compensate the loss.Never ever trust them they are crooks.
