Vanessa came right to my home where she explained the process. She wrote a description of each item before she placed each item in an individual envelope. A few days later she returned the items along with a booklet containing photographs and a detailed description of each piece of jewelry and their insurable value. In the back of the booklet list a list of her many professional designations.
