This place is so absurd. They will tow your vehicle even though you have a valid reason why its parked in your parking lot. You will have to move your vehicle to Walmart or somewhere when they are doing cleaning in their parking lot. You can’t move out when the manager is not available and specially if its a long weekend or something you can’t move out. Even though you try to make the best possible to clean everything in your unit on your last day of moving out they will find one little dirt on the wall and charge you cleaning cost. Such a scam and they shouldn’t do money grabbing businesss like this even when you pay one month extra rent when you break the lease. Absolute rude management! Do not rent here go somewhere else is better just giving one star so the post is up but doesn’t deserve anything.

Lauren is a great manager, she helped me a lot. I moved in this August but I had Lauren as my manager of Manor too. She is very happy and good at her job. Tamarack heights is clean and close to shops.

So I moved into this apartment May 1st in 2023 the apartment was just amazing so excited with how everything was. It quickly went really bad as our storage units and vehicle was broken into. So many things this apartment was doing wrong and making it hard to continue living there. Three months before I moved, new management arrived and Lauren has been absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay because of her and new management

I've been living here for half a year.
1. Pet friendly. This is good, although not always. But management and residents try to do everything convenient so as not to cause inconvenience to anyone. You can also see cute cats in the windows.
2. Reasonable prices for a new building. They did not require a credit check and took my word for employment. I think it was a discount for newly arrived Ukrainians, thank you.
3. The entrances are always clean.
4. No one will enter the building without a password or call the apartment from a tablet on the front door. Even delivery people have to call to get inside.
5. Only one FOB (key fob for entering the parking lot and not the main doors) per family. You can probably buy another one, but I didn’t specify. Sometimes it’s inconvenient, but you can live. In any case, you can call your spouse to open the front door using an application on your phone, or if your phone is dead, then use an individual password to enter the building.
6. Convenient smartphone app for opening front doors, unit doors and controlling thermostat and air conditioning.
7. They do not give you a key to the unit permanently, since electronic deadbolts are installed. There was a case when the deadbolt sat down, but there was no key. We had to call a locksmith in the evening, but fortunately the company gave a discount for the first time and did not charge a fee, and this was a lesson for us. The staff is also kind enough to provide batteries on the first floor in the office for these deadbolts and fire alarms. So this is not a minus.
8. Incredible rooftop patio and meeting/party room.

Roughly speaking, there are small disadvantages everywhere, but there are many more advantages and they are larger in scale. I recommend and continue to live here.

I am living in tamarack heights , very nice and clean place to live . It’s very pleasant to talk with Shelly and Lauren .Lauren helped me a lot in rental. Shelly is very kind and reliable. I really appreciate both of them .

I am a very satisfied resident of Tamarack Heights. I want to give a huge shout out to Lauren Barr as well as the maintenance staff for being so proactive in addressing our concerns.

Go up
