Forget your damage deposit. Ever since the management changed, the service standards have gone down. Make sure you have everything in writing because they will always try to outsmart you.

Great place to live if you are looking to move. Lady in the office (Shawna david bent) is very helpfull and polite. Whenever i have any question or issue she address and resolve it properly.

dont move here my whole apartment stinks took me a while to remove the smell and when i moved here a lot of things were broken and missing
and not just that they are so loud every night theirs music blasting or them talking its literally 4 am as im typing this and they are all at the parking lot speaking so loudly i cant stand this place

I living in 2315 tamarack manor last 2 weeks no manager and today is holiday but Las 3 days in building so many durti things and last exit side so many garbage and mosquito .bed for our baby so durti and rent is so high but no any facilities. So many manager change continued .never pick phone at emergency situations

Hi To all. Date 1st February 2022.
Me and my wife living in Tamarack apartments on the 4th floor.
And the tenants who live on the 3rd floor play loud music on a soundbar with a high base.
I complained to management 7 8 times. But they are asking to record the noise. But how can we record base?
I asked the assistant manager to come to my unit and listen but she is not taking any action.
Even I request to down tenants but they spoke rudely and said we can do anything till 10 pm.

I asked the Appartment manager that is this written in law but no she is not doing anything.

Please before coming into these units check everything.
I have every proof that how many times I complained but no action is taken.

So glad I moved out. There used to be amazing management here but current one doesn't have the time to keep up. They tried to enter my suite without proper 24hr notice on multiple occasions, even once without any notice, the lot and lawn are "maintained" once per year, there is constant litter everywhere even inside the hallways (they do actually have cleaning staff come through once a day but the tenants do not care and throw their trash on the ground), children run around screaming unsupervised, the building does not stay maintained the side door handle was hanging off its hinges for weeks, they do not respond to maintenance requests I waited 6 weeks and moved out heard nothing, they tried to raise the rent and fees over $250 and started charging for water on top of that, and when I moved out I found mouse droppings around the corners of the apartment. Now I'm being told they do not mail out damage deposits (as they are legally required to do) and I guess they didn't feel the need to notify me of this or give any statement in the legally required 10 days and I must go pick it up from head office myself. Do not recommend ever living at this apartment or renting through this company, I've never encountered such a disorganized and unapologetic team ever. Do better.
