Biggest reason to form a TENANTS UNION in PA.
Cockroaches are a constant problem.
Maintenance is unresponsive or slow to respond.
On site laundry is constantly breaking down.
A lot of nonsensical building rules with no benefit and no enforcement anyway. They insist you don't use your own curtains but never actually provide any to begin with.
Electrical is constantly faulty and nothing is up to code. Temperature is either too cold or too hot all year round with nothing in between.
Security is lax, have had bikes stolen from my balcony, and a pride flag cut down from the balcony, with no response from the company on addressing either. Sketchy neighbors casing apartments and banging on doors. Car broken into three different times. Litter and needles everywhere with KIDS around.
Rent goes up with no increase in value, just an ameican company trying to bleed tenants dry.
Only two ways to pay rent and if one fails due to their own systems glitching they will refuse to work with you to help and even charge you a late fee.
Their best offer for a good review is maybe 5% of rent as cash back which is hilarious.

Disgusting apartment!!! People knocking and smashing the doors at midnight, always noisy and they take weeks to fix any kind of problem most of the time they don’t answer the calls. I rented this apartment and then came to know the toilet seat is leaking and then the washroom light was not working also the main door of the apartment is broken that’s the only door lock we hv in our apartment which is not in good condition!! The laundry machines are not working, they have two washers both broken and two useless dryers!!! NOT SAFE AT ALL Please for better mental health and sleep, go find another place to live!! I’m tired of everyday issues😣

My experience so far with Tamaron Square and it's Management is not below expectation most especially with Mr Vinit who happens to get me my apartment and a couple of my friends. Mr Vinit is
your good to go person when looking for an apartment. He is highly professional and always willing to help.

UNSAFE BUILDINGS! CONSTANT DAMAGES TO VEHICLES IN THE PARKING LOTS. NO SECURITY BECAUSE DOORS ARE ALWAYS DAMAGED AND/OR PROPPED OPEN. NEVER EXPECT UNIT REPAIRS TO BE DONE TO A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL WHEN A CHEAPER AND FASTER OPTION CAN BE DONE INSTEAD. ONLY RENT FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH CONSTANT PARTYING THROUGH THE NIGHTS, LOTS OF FIGHTING AROUND, AND SUSPICIONS OF CERTAIN NEIGHBORS BEING DEALERS. ALSO INSECT INFESTATIONS ARE A REGULAR OCCURRENCE.

Too much uncivilized kids living here, cars will get scratched in your own parking spot (they dont have cameras working to find out who did it) windows will be smashed by kids also false fire alarms pulled by kids once every month, kids will come upto your bedroom window and scream without any reason, this weekend rocks and mud was thrown into my apartment from an open window
