Wow! Would be an understatement. In the spring of 2024 my spouse and I had sold our house and were planning on moving out of province. We did not have a specific area in mind and were searching Canada wide for our dream set up. We started out doing everything ourselves like setting up viewing appointments with selling agents, but most of the properties we wanted to view were no longer available and being on a short time limit of 4 weeks before we lost possession of our current house to the new buyer our stress levels were through the roof. We called Tammy to set up a viewing of a house she had listed. She took a moment to ask what our plan was and realized how much work we had taken on and instantly had a plan for us. She was able to set up the viewing for us, but she didn't stop there, she set us up with other agents to view more properties to make the most of our road trip to view houses. She then worked very hard negotiating for us to get us the best possible price and made sure it was an easy process. I could not recommend her enough! she is VERY knowledgeable and always has your best interest at heart. If your buying or selling in the Edmonton area you can save yourself a lot of time by reaching out to her first!
