We’ve been using Tammy for all of our home buying and selling needs for the last ten years. She is such a nice and kind person that we truly look forward to spending time with her. Most important though, is that she’s incredibly honest - which is exactly what you want from a Realtor. Our first home buying experience, we were a young couple with a new baby, and a very small budget. A realtor could easily have led us to the less desirable areas of towns we we’re unfamiliar with, with many houses in our price range. But not Tammy! She was always very honest with us about areas with higher crime rates, and even houses that were built using outdated building criteria.
