Great place to live. Very quiet and friendly. The complex is close to nice walking trails, playgrounds and a coffee shop.

The interior is very cozy and spacious. Lots of room to live.

Well we applied for an apartment here for August 1 and decided we didn't want to live there as it was too small for us. They had plenty of time to rent it out (we went there in May) to someone else but they would NOT give us damage deposit back. And the kicker is we are SENIORS and can't really afford to lose $800.00. Everything sounded good but the Office will give you a paper stating amount of damage deposit etc. they don't explain anything, and we didn't even sign this paper. BEWARE if you change your mind about renting there you WILL NOT get your damage deposit back. Make sure that you able to see apartment you want to rent FIRST before signing anything. When we wanted to see apartment Cindy made excuses and lies "oh, we can't find the keys" and "its the last 3 bedroom we have" - NOT.
Make sure you read every bit of paper CAREFULLY so you won't get scammed.

Bev and Cindy SCAMMED US OUT OF OUR DEPOSIT.

We were pressured into sending our first month's rent to hold the unit while being told that our welcome letter (stating deposit policies) would be sent as soon as that money was sent, which it never was.

Lack of information and knowledge from BEV for their policies.

They will pressure you and SCAM without any hesitation.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS DUMP.

There is absolutely no visitor parking anywhere here. When I go visit my friend it would be nice if I could park somewhere close to his place. Instead of construction workers telling me my car will be towed if I don’t move it now.
