We recently bought a house,our agent was Abby Malic.We went trough hell with her.Each house that we wanted to see,her answer was "no point".For six months!There was a house listed for 1.4M,she told us to send offer 1.6M,few days after house was sold for 1.402M!!!In the end,when we finally found perfect house,and she spoke with seller's agent,but we felt that something is going on so we pushed her to call seller's agent again in front of us and put him on speaker,so he said "but Abby we agree for 1.48M..."My husband and I could not believe what we hear!How you guys can make deal about our moneySoooo greedy and unprofessional.She never protected us as her clients,not even when seller left garbage in house,our agent never answer the phone.Also,at same time she was selling our condo,and never protected us as sellers.People,do not take this agency,agent cares only for her percentage.
