If you need a realtor I strongly recommend Taylor. From our first meeting she had amazing suggestions, was very supportive, gave us guidance, was professional and always available. She did a walk through of the home and put us in touch with a stager as part of her service. How wonderful is that! (The stager was amazing) Taylor walked us through the entire process. From the time we first met to the sold sign going up. And even after she continued to walk us through "next steps". She put together a the most incredible brochure, online posting and video. I believe she had a couple ready to write an offer before the for sale went up. And I can't forget to mention that staging happened, the for sale went up, the house sold and all the documents were signed while we were on vacation in Mexico.
