I would be happy to recommend Stav Adibi and his amazing team. I'll start by saying that even before we arrived in Canada, Stav and Shay helped us find a house for rent exactly as we were looking for, Shay and Amit made sure to send us videos in a clear and high-quality way. When we landed we were greeted at the airport by Stav and Amit with smiles and took us to our home. In addition, we received initial furniture, there is no doubt that the landing was very soft and we thank you very much! May you always be on the giving side. Thank you champions!

Choosing Stav Adivi was one of the better decisions I have made as he much more than a real estate agent, we arrived from abroad, he greeted us at the airport and drove us to our destination free of charge, later on he and his wonderful team helped us to find our first home in Canada, they are very professional, knowledgeable, kind, they offered many good advises in varias aspects, not only real estate and helped us to furnish our home and again completely free of charge. we can't thank them enough.

I’m not sure where to start! Stav and his team are incredible. We moved to Ontario as newcomers on a work visa (with proper employment) and without credit history. Stav showed us houses on two separate prep trips, and helped us win a bid on the house we wanted to rent when we were still abroad. From offering securities as alternative to credit history, to guiding us through all the small errands - Stav and the team did everything with utter professionalism.

What can I say about this amazing team
Stav and Dory were supporting us since the day we arrived in Canada.
Firstly , they assisted us to rent our first apartment , took care of all the required documents and guarantees required by the landlord. We received a brand new condominium in downtown Toronto without having a credit history and payslips from an employer. Important to mention that the service is free for the renters and the real estate agent receives their commission from the landlord. After looking for 2 weeks for an apartment by ourselves, it took us only 1 day to find a great apartment and sign the contract. We couldn't have done it without Stav and his super professional team.
Stav was always there for us, even when we had issues and disagreements with the landlord

Us on the proper ways to handle the situation. He was always available and provided help without any charges.
Once covid hit we had to move to a different apartment and stav helped us again signing the new

After 4 years in Canada we received our Permanent residency and were finally ready to buy our own home. We had no doubt the Stav will provide us with the best service and results.
We found a gorgeous 200 square meter, detached house for a reasonable price and had the deal closed in 2 weeks. Stav had recommended to hire a great lawyer that did a terrific work with the documents. Even when we had issues with the previous owners the lawyer handled it in a fast and effective manner. The previous owners paid the outstanding tax payments and settled everything directly with the city .
It is very hard to find such an honest and devoted team these

They helped us find a house even before we landed in Canada and since we arrived directly to Quarantine, Shay also picked up and assembled for us the Ikea furniture.
