Despite all the positive reviews. We had a very disappointing experience with Sahil. He is slow to respond to texts, which made communication frustrating. The most unprofessional moment came when we scheduled a house showing for 7 PM, and Sahil was a complete no-show. Despite waiting for 10 minutes and sending follow-up texts, his eventual response is "I got stuck, one of my friend lives nearby. He can come in 5 mins if you are still there". He wasted our time and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience caused.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a realtor. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Sahil’s services to anyone.

Highly recommend. Sahil is a good advisor with great realtor experience. When I first reached out to him regarding my buying plans, he clearly spoke about how emotional and logical thinking matters when purchasing a house. He landed us with a good price for a new house. Overall very happy doing business with him and his team.

If I could give a 0 I most definitely would. Never had them represent me however I did have to deal with their agent Sahil Gupta who is extremely unprofessional. Booked 2 showings for my property and both times decided to no show. Didn’t even care to apologize or take accountability. Had to chase him down and find him to ask why he didn’t even try to get a hold of my agent. His reply was “I’m running late what do you want me to do”. The entitlement is beyond shocking. Not sure how these type of ppl get clients who are happy. Do better and stop wasting time.
