Rick is a fantastic realtor. From the beginning, he set clear expectations of what we could expect from him and guided us through the process. He always welcome and truly listened to our needs but also struct a fine balance of ensuring that he offered his professional opinion (even if it was contrary to our thoughts which can be difficult to broach but he did so in a professional, friendly and respectful manner).
