I cannot say enough about the incredible effort made by Leo Bruneau and his Team - Matt, Ron, Nancy, Christine and Vick to sell our home in Coquitlam this year. It was not easy for Leo’s team given the very challenging real estate market that we have been faced with for the past year. Their knowledge of our neighbourhood proved to be invaluable and the support we received from Team Leo was beyond our expectations. While our house was listed, we were away from our house for extended periods of time during which Leo and his Team too great care of our property. We faced a number of challenges along the way and the Team immediately responded with support and solutions. The Team was attentive to our needs, relentless in their efforts and we trusted them implicitly.
I would highly recommend Team Leo to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home. Although we are excited to move to our new home, one of the things we will miss most is having Leo and his family as our neighbours.

Our friendship with Leo goes back many years and as a new realtor, we had him sell our house out of town, and find us a home in Delta. Fast forward 29 years when we reached out to him again to sell that same home. Leo advised us on what we could do to get it In great shape to sell and we did as he suggested.. Leo's team went to work staging rooms, and taking junk in their trailer to the dump and donation location.
