From the get-go Ray from WREC was extremely informative with market data, comparisons of historical similar property sales and with clear rational on which range to pitch the asking price at.

His explanation of modus operandus was clear as was transparency on fees and costs with no hidden surprises. Handling brokerage and contract signing remotely between Europe and South East Asia time zones was zero problem and the "docusign" system was very simple, smooth and swift.

Can't speak more highly of Ray's professionalism and pragmatic instincts when it came to dealing with the bids and proactively suggesting the deal closure strategy. Totally flexible availability was key and Ray was talking with us any time between 7am and 11pm at night, on any day!

We always felt in good, trustworthy hands! Highly recommend WREC and Ray in particular. Would recommend to our closest friends - no hesitation!
