Usman and his real estate team did a great job helping me find a property that fit my budget. I was referred by a mortgage broker at Markham and Sheppard (Scarborough), as Usman often does first-time homebuyer presentations there. After our initial meeting, I knew I wanted to work with him and his real estate team.

Once I got mortgage approval, Usman showed me roughly 30 properties, most of them in Scarborough. After seeing so many places, I had a better idea of what I wanted. After about two months, we found a property in Scarborough (Toronto) that suited me and my husband.

I also used Usman to help rent out the basement. He clearly explained what I should look for in a new tenant by looking at their job letter, paystubs, credit report and landlord references.
