Verislav was the selling agent of the beautiful new home we purchased. It can be challenging to find a real estate agent who really cares about their client and not just focused on how much money they can make. And even though Verislav was not our buying agent, he showed us he is one of those real estate agents who cares about his clients and wants to do everything he can to make them happy. He is honest and he has integrity which can be hard to find in the cutthroat business of real estate and among a sea of real estate agents competing with each other to secure clients and sell homes. A number of our neighbours know who he is and have heard of his positive reputation as a real estate agent in our community. Our one regret is we wish Verislav had been our buying agent from the very start of our process as we feel our experience selling and buying would have been much more pleasant and less stressful with him vs with the agent we hired.
