Working with Dylan was fun, easy, and informative. He is excellent at communicating and always on top of each step in the process. I appreciated that he was able to point out dozens of small things about each property that wouldn’t have been able to pick up on by myself. I’ll be going back to him in the future if I need to find a great property.

Dylan was recommended by a friend, and he did not disappoint! He listened to my situation and made recommendations as to what renovations may need to be done, how much they would cost, whether the area, and house is suitable for me and my family. Shanon and Dylan are such a great team. I was selling a home that has been in our family for 63 years and was a difficult task filled with so much emotion.
