Beryl and I would like to thank Susan and all the members of Team Forrest for the way the sale of our property was handled. From the first meeting with Susan when we discussed the timing of the listing and the initial price that we agreed on, to the staging process and the photography, everyone we met was professional, complimentary, and genuinely interested in selling our property.

When we received calls from the office staff regarding timing of showings, everyone was very professional and pleasant. It did not seem to matter which member of staff we talked to as all staff seemed to be aware of our file and what was happening on a daily basis. There was obviously good communication within the Team.

The weekly communication from Team Forrest showing other listings in the area was very helpful to us in determining if our property was listed at a reasonable price. We found the advice we received when we got to the "offers" stage to be extremely helpful and professional.

Last fall of 2024 we planned a move from Alberta to Vancouver Island. After searching and reading about realtors in the area we chose Jody Moore and were we ever glad we did. I can’t say enough good things about the Susan Forrest Team. They all are so professional to deal with. Richard was my realtor but I had dealings with most of the team and they were amazing. Sara spent hours with me staging my house and it was so helpful. They have such great photographers doing your home’s photos and video my comment when I saw the pictures was “ when can I move in” it looked so good. I appreciated the feedback from viewings and booking showings was done well.
You couldn’t find a nicer more caring realtor than Richard. I recommended him to a friend who had him sell her house and she feels the same.
