Monthly condo fee payment withdrawn from my account after no longer being a property owner. A 1 month notification via phone conversation, email and registered mail from the lawyer, they still withdrew funds. After 4 contact attempts, no reimbursement has been issued. No apology extended. Reason provided? The accountant did not come into the office. Huh?

I never leave bad reviews but this is unbelievable. Charged me $600 for some condo docs for my own unit. We pay $500+ in condo fees monthly and our own management won’t even provide condo docs for our own units?! Our realtor said they've NEVER seen that before, that normally the condo would kindly gather the documents (that they already have on file!) and send them over. Nope it's not against the law to charge for them, but that doesn't make it right. Tega also made us pay more to have them sooner, (3 business days) saying they'd be ready Monday, which didn't happen. Then they say Tuesday is actually 3 days and she had been on holidays for a week and was swamped. They were rude to deal with (she said she leaves early sometimes and it was near the end of the day Tuesday and she still hadn't emailed the docs so i called to make sure she hadn't forgot, I was very kind and yet she snapped at me that they were very busy and abruptly hung up), they make you feel like even after paying $600 they are still bending over backwards for you. Unprofessional, unkind and money hungry management company. Very disappointed.

Our condo board has been with Tega a number of years now and recently just signed another contract with them. We had been presented a two yr contract and our board had no trouble doing a two yr commitment.
Like any place..there have been ups and downs ...
We had been assigned the newest member of their team as our property manager...(although not so new anymore)...I'm pleased with her...if she says she will do something.. it gets done...emails always answered in a courteous ...professional manner. As well as any member of Tega's team I've had communication with they have been professional and courteous...
Looking forward to the next two yrs with Susan and her crew!!

We have been trying to get them to fix our fence for the past 4 and half months but nothing so far. Condo manager seems to have other priorities. She wont reply to our emails or phone , even if she gets back , everytime there is a new excuse. We have sent email to your office as well but no one got back.
At this point it seems like they are just waiting for us to give up and get it fixed from on own pocket despite paying condo fees for so many years for nothing but being harrased again and again.

Unprofessional & Ineffective! For many years our condo dealt with Tega Property Management and unfortunately they fell short in every regard. The Condo Manager and Company were ineffective and amateur. They clearly do not understand who their paying clients are as their lack of follow-up and customer service were pitiful. Also if you are selling your property they charge excessive fees for any paper work eg Bylaws & Minutes etc.

Basement flooded due to two issues, poor drainage and foundation issue. Contacted originally to defunct email (no defunct email notice), then through owner Susan Milner on May 17. Was promised contact for repairs, have now sent two follow up emails and 10 days later no response. This is not the only time... Canada Post has given us notice they will not deliver to our address packages due to steps being too high... over 2 years ago. My own 92 year old father tripped on them. Still not fixed despite emails and photos sent.

There is no option for ZERO 🌟. Most pathetic property management to deal with. Our parkade is filthy with dust and debris which needs pressure washed for God knows how long and the management is refusing to clean it which is causing respiratory issues. At first she lied that it was done in February, a month before I bought a unit in here. When I asked for receipt the office stopped responding to my email. My unit has bed bug from the units next to me which got the treatment but I am still waiting to hear back as for when I will be help. Office is not responding because I have asked for parkade cleaning and financial report which should be no problem.
TEGA management is not managing for people owning and living in the property rather for themselves.
This has to go public and TEGA should be fined. At all cost avoid this company at your best.

There have been many management companies over the years that I suffered through before where I live now and TEGA is by far the best.
They keep us informed and have contracts with reputable contractors which keep our place neater and tidier than previous management companies ever did (or bothered).
