Nice townhouses, the one we saw had 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms with one of the bedrooms on the top floor as a mezzanine with its own balcony but the bedroom was tiny tiny. The whole place is nice but small, in the sense that there are lots of rooms but not that big. The staircases are narrow as well.
I would suggest the four bedroom for a couple with an office and a spare room.
The location is practical but you're right on the highway for some of the addresses.
The rent for such a place is 3200$ a month approx.
The garage is a nice size but you gotta walk to the curb to deposit your garbage.
All in all the place is very nice besides being tiny. The floors are nice the cupboards as well, it is nicely finished with an air exchanger too.
For the same price, if you're buying, you can get a big house instead.
The unit we visited has a patio area at the ground level but the orientation made it be in the shade most of the day.
The neighbors were mostly couples but there is a good variety of lifestyles.
The basement was small too but cozy non the less. If the sun was hitting the location we saw on a better angle we would have rented it. The agent that showed us the place was nice and maybe a bit flexible on the price.
I would recommend to get a place there either by renting or buying but first you may want to look around for other options like a house or condo since the selection for either has lots of variety available.
The construction is nice and sturdy with very nice cupboards and equipment installed.
The place was definitely soundproof but maybe a bit close to the neighbors when looking out certain windows(we saw a corner unit)
So long story short, overall this is a good place to live.
Call them and go visit, you won't regret it.

Unacceptable customer service. The sales person was not approachable, welcoming , or helpful. She didn't bother to show us any map or even try to sell us a unit (or do her job!). I knew more about the project than her! Occasionally responds to emails. We had a very bad experience. Broker is not available, not sure why! Good luck selling units by treating serious buyers in an unacceptable manner.
