my parents and i had a great experience with Terry. Its my first time buying a home and terry was very patient with me. i think now a days its hard to find someone who looks out for their clients best interest and Terry exceeded my expectations not only is he honest, he is very knowledgeable about the local housing market and also about the architecture. he's very detailed hes able to point out what needs to be repaired or changed. I feel like working with him I learned alot. hes great and i would recommend him

Terry was awesome with us. We gave him a call after a friend of ours passed his name along. He will give you tips on what things to look for in a house, which was helpful for us first time home buyers. He was always on time, professional and patient with all of our questions. He was willing to work me and my spouses very difficult work schedules. We highly recommend Terry and would definately use him again for any future home purchases.

Terry helped us sell and buy our homes. He was awesome. Treated us like old friends rather then clients. Was always there when we needed him. He even helped us move into our new home when he came to inspect to make sure all was good. He was also very knowledgeable on looking for defects with homes we looked at that we would not have seen or thought of. Which came in super handy. We have stayed friends since. Terry is a phenomenal Real Estate Agent. Has knowledge almost all of the fundamental aspects as per looking for a house. ie (house value, location, or if the house is overpriced or is it a good deal.) Also really knowledgeable on the overall structure of each home that he presents, really goes into detail about everything you need to know about the property's current state. He is not too aggressive to sell you a house as he also values his clients' needs. Really patient. It took us 2 years to find the home the we wanted and Terry was there every step of the journey. I would not hesitate to contact him if you looking for a property to own or sell.
