I purchased my house through these people in 2014. I would not wish this business on my worst enemy. Yes, they are polite but don't tell too much of the truth and don't have a lot of information as they should. I was also fished into buying this house through false advertising. Once I was hooked on the idea it was told to me that "oh, they sold that Kubota and we forgot to update the advertisement" or "They took that wood-burning stove". When asked about things to do with the house they didn't have answers and always said they would check with the owner but never heard anything back about it. Subsequent meetings during the purchase of the house made me feel like I was being lied to and manipulated. Unfortunately this was the first house we bought and we didn't know what to expect except what we reviewed on the internet. Essentially they want quick sells with little effort or caring.

Everything has always been quick and easy. I do my own research prior and just need the relator to show me the property and be my go between on offers.
