Was recommend to try this store by Debbie in Mount Forest and am glad to say we took her advice as the service, selection and pricing was fantastic. The sales girl took the time to listen to what our wife wanted and showed her various options then somehow seemed to remember a pair stuck away deep in the storeroom and brought out which were exactly what the wife was after. She went the extra mile to make it all happen that few seem to do these days. Thumbs up all the way around here.

what a lovely place ! i went in after work … so after 5 ! i was gracefully helped by one of the staff there … i told her what was wrong with my foot currently ( planters …. and she went into the back and kept bringing me out shoes to try on … i found a home pair and a work pair that felt great ! i’ve worn them at work now for a full day and … night and day difference on how my feet felt at the end of today … witch brought me here to write a review ….. thank you so much for the help yesterday and i will tell others to go here now as well 🙂 again thank you !

A beautiful selection of quality shoes! Love this store, and the service provided by the staff (who are the owners of the store!) is the best you will get anywhere. They make sure you leave with the best shoes for your needs. They also carry a beautiful selection of purses ♥!

The Two step is the best local shoe store around. The selection is amazing but more over the service is top notch. Alicia and Charlotte go out of their way to find the perfect shoe and fit.. will always be a retuning customer… 10 stars!!

My wife purchased a pair of shoes from The 2 Step about a year ago. The heels have worn through. We took them into the store this morning (Sept. 21) and right off the bat, the saleslady blamed it on the way my wife walks. (I've known my wife long enough to know she doesn't drag her heels.) There was absolutely no consideration given to even a remote possibility that the shoes are at fault.

So. In spite of positive experiences in the past, we won't be returning. What a shame. We were happy to find an independent shoe store that was local.
