We would definitely recommend DK. When the photos taken of our house (arranged and paid for by DK) came back, he called us up and apologized that they weren’t up to his standard and he hired a second photographer to come back the next day to do better. Most realtors would try to say the first set was good enough and would only consider getting new photos if the client pushed back, if at all. Not the case with DK. We didn’t even see the first set of photos. He maintains a high standard for every step of the process and it works. Our house sold in 4 days for well over asking.
