The BAM group (Bryan, Travis and Nadine) came highly recommended from our realtor in Ontario as we were searching to buy a home in Winnipeg. This was particularly difficult as only one family member was available to represent our needs and the other was remote.

I understand that the team is generally focused on home sales, however, we were the buyer in this case. After our initial meeting, it was obvious that Bryan was well versed in the real estate market and was going to be an amazing advocate for us.

Bryan had excellent communication (through my preferred method of text messaging), addressed questions as they arose (yes, I gave him homework), was a calming presence, and he was an excellent representative for our family!

My only 'complaint' is that the team found our new home too quickly and our work together was cut short. This meant I only got to see Travis through a video call and corresponded with Nadine through email. Both were excellent interactions though.

Bryan Masse is the very definition of client-centered. He was very responsive and made himself widely available - there was never a time when I needed to talk to him and he wasn't right there with a text or phone call. He also took the time to explain things, go through all the options, and make sure I was comfortable with how we were proceeding. While he brought all of his knowledge and experience to bear in selling my condo, I always felt like I was in the driver's seat. He truly goes above and beyond to create this kind of relationship with his clients.
