We had stayed in the main part of the house Which is gorgeous! It is very open with a ton of space for the whole family. It was clean, lovely views and luxurious finishings. We had absolutely no complaints about anything in the house. It far exceeded our expectations. The location was great because It was close to restaurants and shopping but nestled in a quiet and safe subdivision. The owner was amazing to deal with, and I would totally rent from him again.

This place was great. The host helped us 5 days prior to arrival, helped us with all our questions before coming to vancouver. Upon arrival place was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures. I would recommend anyone visiting vancouver to stay at this home because of 3 keys reasons. Clean, host goes above and beyond to help and answers within minutes with any question and i loved the house layout for a group, no lack of space to sit around or sleep.

We booked this through Airbnb. We were staying at the main house portion with four bedrooms. They were close to downtown Burnaby and could definitely reach downtown in 10 minutes by vehicle.

The host was very friendly and kind with us. Super accomodating with the early check in and late check out. They were pretty high tech with with the door opening and locking mechanism using an app on the phone.

For four friends we each had our own bedroom and bathroom for our stay which was very convenient for us.

I stayed here for 4 nights in July. We were 2 families of 10 on total. The property was super and the location is amazing. Very safe neighbourhood with lots of amenities and great access. The host was great in communication and in responding to all our requests. We felt welcomed and had complete privacy during our stay. I would definitely come back again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family (2 small kids and 2 adults). The place was clean and pictures of the rooms were accurate. The host was very friendly and responsive to all our needs. They even provided a travel crib for us at short notice. You can check yourself in with the smart lock system at the accommodation which was very useful. There are multiple suites at this property, each one a separate private unit, so you can book one that meets your needs. If you need anything extra in your suite, you just need to contact the host and he can arrange for extra items to be bought in. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and quiet plus it has everything they described on the amenities list 👍
A very lovely place in such a beautiful neighborhood, very remote and very easy to get around. We had our 2 year old son with us and he very much enjoyed it as well. Host is super easy to reach out to and responds very quick, they are really easy and friendly to speak to as well!
We are definitely returning for our next visit here.

Yatendra was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed here for a week, while escaping Toronto for a bit. The house is amazing, each room upstairs (we had 3 guys) has its own washroom, tons of space, and their own balconies. While there are people living in other parts of the house, the upstairs and mainfloors are sealed so it feels like you have it to yourself.

The kitchen and living area were also great to use. 10 minutes from Burnaby mountain sunset viewing point, and away from the house of the city.

This is a very new and modern space. The house has a total of three floors and can be partitioned a variety of ways. The main house has 4 bedrooms on the upper floor and a kitchen and sitting area on the main floor. The main floor is shared with the owner and it is a partitioned space. The basement has two separate suites that are not part of the main house rental. As such, carefully review what you are booking and ask questions of the owner. Each space has a separate entrance so privacy is ensured.

The hosts are quite responsive to any needs and the space is well kept. The only concern is that the kitchen is quite minimal in terms of supplies, so bring your own. Also, because of the partitioning of the main floor, there is no bathroom on the main floor.
