Dan Card is the best real estate agent. He is friendly, responsible, knowledgeable, and all around capable. He is a professional who can represent your interests and a friend who cares. He helped us sell our home and buy a new one. He is reliable and always there for us. Dan helped us deal with all the major issues that popped up. Making the process a lot less stressful. Dan also referred us to a number of trustworthy house inspectors and lawyers. We also checked out other options but Dan knows good people.

As a realtor, Dan Card navigates the process like a magician. He did all the legwork and research so that we did not have to. Everything from setting up and staging our home to handling all the strata documents and market research and even the title search on our new home. Dan did everything making our home buyer and seller experience seamless and much much less stressful than it could have been. He is very accommodating and reliable. He responds promptly to all communication and does his best to fulfil requests while giving useful recommendations and advice. In the end, everything worked out like the timeline Dan helped us set out. Dan even predicted the approximate price and time it took to sell our old home. If any of our friends are looking to buy or sell a home, we would recommend Dan to them.

EDIT: Over a month after we moved in, an issue came up with the furnace. The previous owners were supposed to take care of it but they did not use a licensed contractor and there were some problems with the install and the permit. Technical Safety BC showed up at our door. However, Dan helped us straighten everything out. I really did not know what we would have done without Dan's help. Without a doubt, Dan is a wonderful person.

What can I say, Dan continued to deliver excellent customer service even after the sale. We ran into problems when we took possession, but Dan still responded and responded quickly each time. Dan the Man! 🙂 Highly recommend Dan. We had a tight budget to work with and Dan was respectful about it. Dan always responded quickly day or night and ,even on his day off. He took us out to a listing the very next evening after out first phone call. Love that he works fast.
Ii was important that our realtor has a sense of humor and not uptight . Dan fit the bill. He is relax, funny and so easy to get along with. We are picky buyers and wanted to see every listing possible. Dan never said no. Always accommodated and followed up.With his tireless help, we found our home within a month in this crazy hot market . Woo hoo!!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and were looking for an agent that can guide us through the home buying process. We talked to a few agents and Dan is one of them. During our initial call, he explained the process thoroughly and he even had a handout for us with all the necessary information to refer to. We immediately decided that he will be our agent.

From the house hunting process until the completion date, Dan has been professional, attentive, informative and responsive. We viewed many houses and had chain of questions throughout the process, yet he answered every single one of them in detail to ensure that we completely understood. There were a few hiccups near to the closing date due the lack of professionalism from the seller's realtor and Dan dealt with it promptly and regularly until the problem was resolved.

To conclude, we will definitely recommend Dan! He is humble, funny, easy going, and patient. He provided us with some recommendations of lawyers, inspectors, etc which made the process easier and more efficient. You will definitely not regret having Dan be your realtor!
