We had the best experience dealing with Melissa Munro. We started looking for our dream home/property in February of 2024 and after seeing many places feeling deflated at times we found our spot and closed in August 2024! Working with Melissa and Dave has been nothing but positive. Aside from being very professional, they are great communicators and very punctual. When we started looking for a second house/cottage we weren't quite sure what we were looking for but after Melissa showed us a few properties we were then able to narrow down the requirements. Melissa, only showed properties that met our parameters and when viewing she would immediately inform of us any negatives or issues the property might have. After a short time, we found the perfect little property. Melissa and Dave were available every step of the way and continued to support us after closing. If you are looking for agents that support without pressure then Melissa and Dave are your best option. Highly recommend, cannot say enough how great they were through our house hunting!

Jason's expertise in the Real Estate market was evident from our first meeting. He provided a detailed analysis of market trends, helping us understand the best time to buy. Throughout our cottage buying process, Jason was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. His ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. We were impressed by Jason's negotiation skills. He managed to lower the asking price significantly, saving us thousands. His strategy during the negotiation phase was impressive. Jason demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when an issue arose with our home inspection. They quickly negotiated with the sellers to have the necessary repairs made before closing. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason Rudge. Before we closed the deal, Jason did a visit to the property to make sure some outstanding issues had been dealt with as per the agreement. We cannot recommend Jason Rudge enough if you are looking for a great agent! You won’t be disappointed.

Dave Leslie and Team never lost their patience with my wife and I after hunting for the perfect house over the course of 2 and a half years! We had some unique attributes we were looking for in a home and Dave helped find the absolute perfect home for us! We viewed many homes along the way that would have been a lot of work; because of his and the team's expertise we didn't fall into a financial mistake. He helped strategize with every offer we placed and we never felt like we were stretched too thin or didn't give our best shot. It was a tricky few years to navigate the interest rate increases and the ebb and flow of inventory but we landed the home of our dreams. We highly recommend Dave, Melissa, and the entire team!
