Finalized my second, and think to be last, home purchase in August 2023, and was so happy that I had Suzie in my corner. She was a pleasure to work with and always went above and beyond. When a couple deals did not transpire, and I was feeling down, she was always there to lift my spirits and the "meant to be home" did finally transpire. Around the beginning of July we reached out to Suzie Findlay as we were looking to rent a house in the Oakville/Burlington area. We had about a 2 month window, her response was immediate and within a couple of days she had set us up to look at a few places. With her office being in St. Catharines and us living in Hamilton, it was never a problem with the time of day or the distance to travel, she was always there for us! Approximately 1 month later through all her hard work she helped us find the perfect place! Suzie was amazing ! We were not seriously looking for a home when Suzie recommended she sign us up for her 'hot sheets email'. She asked us what our ideal house was and worked her magic to find listings that matched. I never felt any pressure about scheduling a showing or needing to buy. When a wonderful house came to us from her email recommendations she was so quick to set up a showing and worked with us through the whole process. It was our first home and the buying process was so smooth with Suzie. She even got us the cutest housewarming present 🙂 If we ever move, Suzie all the way !!

Suzie Findley was all we could ever had asked for in a real estate agent. When she first met with us it was very clear she had done her homework.She had pictures and statistics on homes that were comparable to ours that had sold recently in our area. She spent a couple of hours with us at our first meeting and was so informative. Suzie has a very pleasant yet professional demeanor that helped us feel more relaxed as the meeting went on. It was clear to us by the end of the meeting that listing our home with her was the right decision ! Suzie's attention to detail, her efficiency in answering all of our many emails and phone calls promptly made the process from start to finish go so smoothly! BTW our home sold in 8 days and we got full asking!! A word of advice, we listened to Suzie's suggestions on what she felt needed attention to make our home more pleasing to potential buyers. She as well did a beautiful job at no extra charge staging our finished yet empty basement.I would rate Suzie a 10 out of 10 without any hesitation !
