Up from Texas visiting family this week, and we visited the International Plowing Match at the Lindsay Fairgrounds on a whim. We visited numerous food trucks and vendors. We stopped at the Gateway of Lindsay tent just to pick up a free bag. Had a lovely chat with Jennifer. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the site, the product, and the city. We have no intention of buying in Canada, but based on our interaction with Jennifer and the young lady working with her, that we are truly convinced that Canadians really are the friendliest people. Or just as friendly as Texans!

Beautiful showroom, outstanding floor plans, and knowledgeable, friendly sales staff. I have passed on the information to my son who is looking to relocate to the KL region.
Townhouse prices are amazing! Definitely worth a visit.

Love to finally see GTA home styles and build quality coming to the more rural areas. Good designs and a good location within Lindsay. Jennifer at the sales office is very knowledgeable of the new homes sale process and really helped my family even though we aren't quite ready
