They think it’s ok to have a security parked right on the sidewalk almost every single day and creating huge blind spot for pedestrians.

Don’t move into this building unless you like having the urge to jump off of one of the balconies. Neighbors report people over the most minuscule of things, like “singing during the day”, as if it’s a crime to be singing in your own apartment.
Got a fine from Christmas for throwing away a small box, after throwing away 10+ flattened boxes. God forbid.
They’re far too militant, don’t care that people are human beings, and just want to throw out as many fines as they can.
People constantly pour water off their balconies, and since they don’t know whose doing it, they fine whoever lives one unit above the person who reported it.
Hope you like being late to work, because the elevators are broken almost constantly. I live on a higher floor and have waited 20-30 mins on an elevator multiple times in the past few weeks…
Karen-like neighbors and karen-like management. Hard pass.
It’s $200 to move in/book elevator AND move out/book elevator; in addition to that they take a $500 security deposit. So expect when moving in, not only to pay first months rent, deposit to your landlord but also have $700 readily available in hand. They give the $500 back of course, but after paying to move (which is expensive in and of itself) the requirement is literally gut wrenching. Ridiculous.
Recent addition to this: got a complaint for leaving my umbrella to dry outside of my door to dry after walking in the rain, propped in the far corner away from any entrances besides my own. Literally between the door molding and the wall, not even able to fall down. I have never felt so paranoid of my every move while living in an apartment.

This building shuts down water for residents without notice for whole day. And when you ask them they have no idea when it’s coming back. It could be hours or whole day. They shut it down for whole weekend! Worst ever!

The only perk of this building is the concierge. Thanks Simran and all other staff for taking care of everything. To the management team: please bring Jasmeen back!!

Not built yet but the construction crews have no care or concern for the neighborhood they operate in they often make loud noise outside the legal time frame. They scream and swear with children playing not far away. And like all sites they leave alot of garbage in the neighborhood

Poor salesmanship. Had a pretty poor experience dealing with a certain salesperson for this development. When we were there he barely helped us with our questions and wasn't attentive at all. The contract signing process wasn't great either. He wasn't even present for the signing. I think he considered us a waste of time.

We killed our sale with this team due to the brutally ugly sales process. Uncomfortable during the entire sale.

Very Centralized location. Surrey Central Skytrain, Surrey Central mall, Groceries, Restaurants and SFU is just walking distance.
