As mentioned by others selling a house is very stressful and was difficult for personal reasons. Joan took the time to understand our needs and preferences. Joan’s vast experience helped me through this process as my husband was not physically participating for health reasons. Joan, Victoria and Luc were extremely caring and helpful. Joan and Victoria did a careful market survey and gave us a price range to consider.
