I encountered a very unprofessional experience with one of their representatives. She did not bother telling me the viewing schedule has been dead because the rental property has been leased out 2 days ahead of time.

Apr 16, I found a commercial rental on realtor.ca .I reached out to the number assigned with the MLS#. The number is Kesh Group's main switch and she picked up the phone. We agreed to schedule a viewing on Apr 22 ( I suggested 3:30pm that day so that I can go straight to my family doctor after the viewing since it would be a long drive, and she agreed with the time).

The night before, Apr 21 around 8:15pm, I did not get any confirmation call or text from her regarding the viewing appointment next day, so I decided to send a voicemail to quickly confirm the meetup the next day. She texted me replying the property had been leased out 2 days before.

So, she got the deal set up with some other client and did not bother letting me know that there would be nothing she can show because it's been leased out, until I took the initiative the night before to confirm, when she just simply texted me saying who she is and the deal has been gone for 2 days.

I live in Mississauga, and the property scheduled to view is in St. Catherine. What if I had not sent the confirmation voicemail and just driven all the way, 97.5KM in a goose chain?

By the way, I just found the deal still alive online, just 2 seconds ago! It is very possibly still up in market for rent! What an eyes opening experience!

If this rep called N---- K---- , she is not licensed with RECO, I am not surprised since if some licensed members of RECO hire some untrained crappy people working for them, then it makes sense they may lie to the public. If she is licensed, then it would be professional misconduct and the public and RECO deserves to know if the company or their representatives are trustworthy or not, given what I encountered.
