Sue Stewart proved to be exceptional in selling our unique home! With our house being a bigeneration property featuring a brand-new in-law suite in a higher price range during a slower economy, she rose to the challenge magnificently.
Sue organized more than 5 open houses, always bringing team members to ensure proper supervision and offering treats for visitors. She even held a special open house exclusively for real estate agents. Her marketing strategy was comprehensive - creating professional videos and targeting larger markets like Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa.
What truly sets Sue apart is her accessibility and reassurance during our moments of worry. Through our house deals, we not only had a fantastic realtor but also gained a wonderful friend. It was particularly meaningful to have previously taught her daughter Alexandra, who reflects the same exceptional qualities as her mother.
