Absolutely worth the investment! I started out with a free info call with Jeff and when it came time to actually begin the lease negotiation I signed up for the consulting package. It was easy to make appointments and Jeff was prompt to respond to my questions and emails.

He went through the lease agreement section by section and let me know what was in my favour and what needed to be fixed as well as coached me in what to say.
