I used Tara as my agent for a downsizing and she was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. She worked with the other agents at all hours, pulled together the purchase deal, and found a great buyer for my old place. She also had great advice on how to update and stage my place to make it more attractive to buyers. Her photographer and modellers were incredibly talented as well. My experience with Tara and Dave could not have been better! They were so helpful, accommodating and very supportive throughout the entire process with me. As a first-time home buyer my knowledge of the purchase process was incredibly limited and I was feeling very confused and overwhelmed with what I was facing. Tara and Dave brought such an extensive degree of experience and expertise that I very quickly knew I was in safe hands with the right realtors who would be working to get me the best deal possible in what I hoped would be a perfect home for me. And that’s exactly what I ended up with….literally my dream home in a perfect location that has everything I wanted and more in a house! Tara and Dave were very focused on making sure I got what I wanted, understood all the in’s and out’s of the process and took an extensive amount of time to work with me and help make sure I understood everything and was feeling comfortable before moving forward with a purchase. They worked tirelessly on my behalf and in particular when we needed to construct the offer to purchase they worked with me until after 11pm at night to make sure all the details were in place to make the official offer in the morning. I cannot state strongly enough how much I would recommend The Lynn Team as realtors for your needs. Whether you’re a first time buyer or someone who has more experience with the process Tara and Dave will have your back and will make sure all your needs are met. The first time I worked with The Lynn Team was when I was posted to Esquimalt in 2019 after Tara Lynn was recommended to me by another military member. As a first time home buyer at the time, I got an impeccable service from start to finish. They quickly showed me that their priority was their clients and the quality of service given to them. They were able to build a list of showing that was taking into account my requirements / taste, family situation, preferred location and budget. During all that time the level of trust and comfort only grew up and at no point I felt any pressure to take hasty decisions. They were also there for me when I tried to find a home inspector and mortgage broker by giving me a list of recommendation. I hired their service again for the sell of my property this year and with no surprise received the same high quality of service that in 2019.
