J'ai réalisé un voyage de deux mois dans une famille Canadienne, je suis française. Les trois derniers jours de mon voyage, nous sommes partis à Canmore à 9 personnes. L'emplacement était ordinaire, rien d'hors du commun. Le soir au moment d'aller dormir, le père de famille et son fils ont déplier le canapé lit et il était cassé ! Inadmissible ! Le lendemain,, les employés de la résidence sont venus faire semblant de le réparer et le soir même rien n'avait changé. Ils ont donc du dormir sur le matelas par terre pour la deuxième nuit. Ils ont donc promis un remboursement de 20% que ma charmante famille canadienne attends depuis plus d'un mois! Cela ne m'a pas permise d'apprécier mes derniers instants au Canada. Je pourrais changer mon avis s'ils tiennent leur promesse

This was a terrific property. We were a large group of 10 people and we felt comfortable with the size. We got a response quickly with any questions we had. The house was very clean and well stocked with dishes. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were excellent quality! We enjoyed this property very much! We would rent it again!

We had an amazing stay for 3 nights. Perfect house. Amazing views! The house had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub. Decor was beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone. Will definitely stay again.

We are a group of 7 who stayed at the Vienna. All 7 of us agreed that this was the best property we have ever stayed at. Super comfortable beds, all the amenities you need + more, perfect location, access to grocery stores and restaurants, every room equipped with huge TVs, very very clean and perfectly put together property. Our group especially enjoyed the balcony and MASSIVE hot tub. Not to mention we never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a response from the host. Everything was just perfect and we will definitely be returning. We may be college students from the States, but it felt like we were living in total luxury.

Our stay at SSR Property Management was deeply disappointing due to poor ventilation and a non-functioning A.C., making the experience uncomfortable. We promptly reported the issue to management but to no avail.

To make matters worse, after our stay they promised a compensation for the poor experience. Despite our multiple email correspondence following up on this matter, management completely ghosted us.

There is no need SSR Property Management to write a rebuttal to this review, as they had ample opportunity to rectify the situation via our email correspondence.

MAJOR SECURITY ISSUES!!! Although the condo we stayed in (Chateauby) was beautiful, SAMSARA USES THE SAME DOOR CODE FOR EVERY CONDO IN THE COMPLEX. Within the first hour of moving into our unit, 2 different groups of strangers walked in, using the same door code that was given to us. After much confusion, we contacted Samsara and they said they would "have maintenance look into it". After our fourth call (the following day) they finally changed our door code remotely, but the old code that everyone else had still worked to open our door, and our new code worked on all the other doors. There are 10 units in the same building and they can all be accessed with the SAME ENTRY CODE. The reason I am leaving a one-star review is because Samsara did nothing to resolve this issue, and eventually just ignored our emails and phone calls.

We stayed at The Hera. The apartment was beautifully decorated, as seen in the photos. The kitchen well equipped with nice utensils and all. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were a hit with my children.

Communication was great from the day of booking till we checked out. Very prompt responses. I recommend you check out their range of properties and book if you're looking for accommodation in Canmore or Banff as it is just about 20 minutes away from Banff. They are a home away from home. This is my second time booking their properties and I'll definitely book with them again!

We booked the Schloss for an annual ski trip with multiple couples and it fit our group well. Every room was well appointed. The kitchen and dining and living space was big enough to comfortably host our group. Location was walkable to dining, shopping, and coffee anywhere in Canmore. We will book again with Samsara, they checked in multiple times throughout the stay.
