The Miltonian is an amazing apartment rental building. I lived there for two years and have wonderful memories of the time I spent there. My apartment had a scenic view of the Clarke Neighborhood Park, and big windows that let ample sunshine in. The building is relatively new and offers an underground parking garage. The corridors on each floor are well lit and spacious, which makes moving in/out easy.

The building managers (Kevin and Melanie) are very supportive and were always available to help me out with miscellaneous needs related to the apartment during my two-year stay. If you’re looking for luxury apartments, with spacious units in Milton, the Miltonian is a building worth considering as your new home!

Well kept, clean, and practically new building. Nice apartment views with modern interior and fixtures.

Kevin (the building manager) does a splendid job of looking after the residents. He accommodates our asks to the fullest (within reason).

It has an amazing party room and a fairly nice exercise room (could use better weight training equipment though).

If you are considering this building please think twice. The rent is extremely high and every year they increase the rent by $100 to $200 per month. No rough top access. You are not allowed to use your balcony freely no bbq you can clean your balcony. Gym is so small only very few machines. Party room not accessible. Management are extremely rude in their communication.

Super clean, new building. Great gym, nice layouts, various designs, super modern technologies in all units.It is an amazing place to live.

We talked to Melanie Guay who is the manager there. She is professional, great, serious but kind, patient, precise and super helping. She showed us several apartments, explained everything for us and patiently answered our many questions. We are in the middle of the decision making process but if we decide to move there, Melanie and her family will be one of the main reasons.
