First time going through a mortgage broker, but not the last! I was nervous about not going through a bank directly, but Cathy at TMC was amazingly helpful and patient with me, and was looking out for my best interests instead of a bank's. She found me the lowest rate at the time of applying, then continued to secure even lower rates for me as the rates varied, right up until days before my closing! I am very pleased with the service!
