New building but HORRIBLE management, they took an extra rent in August, and when I called, they promised it would be transferred to September's rent, and it did not happen. So we called them again couple of weeks ago, and they promised it would be returned soon (again), But they still haven't returned our money.

The phone is ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE and DIDN'T REPLY TO EMAILS. You literally have to call 30+ times to get through once. When you finally reach them successfully, NOTHING CHANGES...

They are making us reach out to them so many times, wasting our valuable time, just to ask for OUR OWN MONEY.

Very disappointed with living here. The building looks new, but things are constantly breaking. The intercom has been broken for over two months. There’s a train track right outside the windows — constant noise and horn blasts make it hard to sleep.

The appliances are cheap and break easily. The management is terrible — you can’t reach the office by phone, and they never respond to complaints. There’s garbage all around the building that hasn’t been cleaned up in weeks.

The construction quality is poor: cold air and water leak in through gaps around the A/C unit, and in winter, ice forms inside the room. When you request maintenance, they just ignore you.

There’s also constant construction nearby, and dust and debris blow into the windows and balconies. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The Parkway apartments are lovely! It has great amenities like a mini movie theatre and gym. The suites are very modern, and are nice and bright. Ben was really helpful and quickly answered any questions I had during my move in. The Parkway apartments are a nice place to call home!

We just moved into the Apartments today , and I already want to commend Mr. Ben for the excellent support. Leading up to the move, I sent him hundreds of messages with questions and requests, and he patiently responded to every one without any irritation. His professionalism and helpful attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We’re off to a great start!

Meadows Parkway is a modern, brand-new building. The large den and in-unit laundry make it quite convenient. I also like the unique amenities, such as the theater room and reservable community room. The unit has a large balcony, and the roof lighting adds a nice touch.

Overall, I was happy living here, except for the extreme noise in units facing the street, which made it almost unlivable! As We had to switch our unit and move to another one!

Unprofessional. I booked a showing, arrived on time and it seemed nobody at the office had the mood to see me. I knocked the door, rang the bell, there was someone in the office for sure, they went in and out the office, but just didn't bother asking who I was or why I was there. Then, when I called the office number, they answered and said there is nobody there to show me the apartment. So what's the point of making that appointment if you can't manage it? At least they could have informed me about unforeseen issue and reschedule that for me. But, no, they told me to wait half an hour if I still want the showing, or come back in the afternoon. Waste of time.

I lived here for 3 years and while things started out okay and I enjoyed living there, things went downhill pretty bad.
I dealt with the following:

- They have not returned my security deposit despite them not taking any deductions because I left my unit in good condition. I have been trying to get it sorted out for weeks now but most times they ignore my emails, phone calls, and voicemails, when I do manage to talk to someone they are rude and have interrupted and dismissed me by saying they will contact accounting and get back to me but they never do. Every time I call they give a different excuse, going from its in process, to it was processed weeks ago, and then back to its being processed. In SK they have 7 days to issue payment and yet it’s been almost a month now, it is to the point I will probably have to go through the ORT which I wanted to avoid.

- Had the locks changed to my unit and was promised the keys would be made available to me in my mailbox but came home after work to find i had not been given them and had no way to enter my unit until the next day when the office was open at which point they told me they thought i no longer lived there despite still having belongings and furniture inside and 2 weeks on my lease

- Had my parking space reassigned to someone else without my knowledge or permission and had a difficult time contacting the office to rectify it

- I was told i had to make appointments for pre-inspection and final inspections for my move out, no one showed up to either. I gave up on my pre-inspection after visiting the empty office, calling, and emailing for days. For my final inspection I had to spend an extra 2 hours at the apartment, continuously calling and visiting the office to try to catch somebody so that I did not face a penalty for not completing my final inspection and signing off on it.

- Had my rent increased ridiculous amounts each year that would be illegal in any province that had rent control laws

- I was forced into a situation of either moving or staying and signing up for their internet package which would cost me a $180 charge from sasktel for prematurely cancelling my current internet contract, with no offer of reimbursement

- My upstairs neighbour flooded my unit and maintenance struggled to communicate when they would be coming by and they left their equipment in my suite for close to a month before actually doing the necessary repairs

- The unit was poorly ventilated to the point one bedroom would read on average 5-10 degrees warmer than any other room despite no equipment that should have raised the temperature that high

- In the summer it would get so hot that even with ac and multiple fans, the coldest part of the unit would not get below 28 C

- The office would often promise that certain renovations such as parking lot paving would happen by a certain deadline that would not be followed through on, often taking months or even years to complete

Please avoid living here, it was not worth it and there are much better run rentals in the city.

I was moved here in July 2025. But management is horrible. They took the rent twice in my account. And I try to reach the office but no one answered the call and I visited the office the process the refund but still not received the refund in my bank account. It's said it takes 5 business days but today it's 15 days. I did not recommend this apartment to live.
