Love it so much we own 2 condos there now, property manager outstanding, took amazing care of us during evacuation, works her butt off daily to ensure we have a SAFE, CLEAN, FUNCTIONAL home. Outstanding team working with her, friendly, dedicated, hard working. Actually reduced condo fees!!!! Proud to call The Peaks home.

Parkade is cleaned more often than any condo, not sure what the last review was about.

Condo has many nice amenities and great resident manager. Very helpful.

Nice and clean residential units. The property manager is hard to deal with. They charge $100 just for booking elevator, and another $100 non-returnable fee for nothing.

Was looking at possible rental or purchase opportunities and quickly turned around due to the poorly kept grounds (weeds were up to my knees, grass (dirt) is dead, car wash is broken and exterior of building is filthy. Didn’t bother looking inside since clearly the management is not doing their job with regards to property maintenance - wonder where the fees go? Bonus - there are fitness centres in each building - could be a nice touch if you can make your way through the dandelions.
