Claire Burden helped us find the perfect home for us.
We had seen homes with 6 different real estate agents at the start of our home search but from the first home that Claire showed us, my husband and I knew she was the only agent we wanted to continue with!
She was the most knowledgeable, not just in terms of the area but also what elements to consider when looking at a home. Her vast experience in the housing market became evident really quickly. She was not pushy at all, she had the patience to show us as many houses as we requested, and was always available according to our schedule.
She is more like a knowledgeable friend than a sales agent. She also didn’t just disappear after the sale was complete and we took possession of the house. Even after that she is available and put us in touch with different services like plumbers/flooring/ electricians when we asked for recommendations.
